Reese Howard was recently recognized by the Wicomico County Council for winning the state title in the pole vault this past season. Here is Reese with his certificate of recognition. Reese will be going for his 4th straight title in the pole vault in a little over a week (2 indoor and 1 outdoor in the last 3). Congratulations, Reese, we're so proud of you! 💚🤍🐏🤍💚

Congratulations to Madeline Tomlinson, who will have the opportunity to participate and present in the prestigious Global Youth Institute of the World Food Prize next October in Iowa, joining approximately 150 international students. Madeline will have the opportunity to present her research Chad: Realities and Solutions to Climate Change. Madeline was given high regard for her research and presentation by evaluators and was only one of three students from Maryland who were chosen. We're so proud of you, Madeline!

Children's Mental Health Awareness Family Night at the Civic Center, 5-8 p.m.. Friday
Frozen Kids Presented by the Prince Street Elementary Drama Club, 6:30 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Saturday at the school.
DI Run for Creativity, a Destination Imagination fundraiser for the two Wicomico teams headed to Global Finals, 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Sunday at Fruitland City Park.
